Thomas Milkovic is a Creative Director who specializes in enhancing brands.
Every time a customer interacts with your brand is called a "touchpoint." Every touchpoint is an opportunity to demonstrate the VALUE your business promises. To build a successful brand experience, the business must position each encounter to be part of a harmonious "story" that forms an emotional bond with the customer.
It takes a special breed to be a creative leader in this profession. One must possess an understanding of design, technology, and business merged with storytelling, innovation, and human behavior study.
Over the course of Thomas' 15+ year career in advertising and design, he has honed his unique talents by creating successful experiences for brands. His long list of creative skills includes, but is not limited to; identity design, print design, multimedia design, web development and design, point-of-sale design, film/video production, and special effects design. Thomas’ professional success revolves around his ability to integrate these technical and creative skills with business fundamentals and prowess; which results in great brand experiences for his client’s customers.
Thomas’ appreciation for branding started early in his life. Being a first generation American on both sides of his family, allowed him the privilege of being exposed to his European heritage while being raised a U.S. citizen. During his youth, Thomas’ understandable desire to fit into American society compelled him to embrace the common brands of the era. Interestingly, his determination to understand the psychology of brand patronage went deeper than most kids. Thomas’ fascination with the world of branding still exists today.
Thomas loves to create experiences beyond branding. He is a photographer, Mac advocate, husband, father, and magician.
